Rastoke

One of the most attractive tourist attractions in Croatia is the picturesque town of Rastoka, where life has always been dictated by two rivers: the small Slunjčica and the mighty Korana. In Rastoki, the Slunjčica flows into the Korana river over travertine rocks, and in its course creates many lakes, rapids and waterfalls, the most famous of which are Buk, Hrvoje and Vilina kosa. Many people call Rastok a small Plitvice because the geological composition of the falls is identical to that of the Plitvice Lakes National Park, from which this pearl is only 30 kilometers away.
